Alessandra Ringstad
Principal
Alessandra is a professional facilitator and coach who is passionate about empowering others so that they flourish. With over 20 years of experience, gained both locally and overseas, she achieves extraordinary results coaching and facilitating in many different industries and environments.
Bringing life and humour to experiential sessions, she captures audiences, engaging them to actively learn as well as to take personal responsibility for their learning. She uses her experience, knowledge, and genuine interest in others to partner with and guide clients in moving forward, in growing as leaders, and in establishing or finding renewed passion in their business, leadership, and personal career goals. In program design, she works in partnership with clients helping them identify and achieve complex goals while maintaining a balanced engaged workforce so that they can increase their market share. She ensures that companies attain their communication and business goals whether it’s consulting to develop new programs or processes, training to augment existing systems, or providing individual coaching. Employing a variety of tools and techniques, she conveys important, complex materials in an interesting and energetic manner always ensuring seminars are current, relevant, and collaborative. Being adaptable to meet client needs is one of her key competencies.
Alessandra actively contributes and has contributed to many volunteer boards and projects such as acting on the YMCA Board of Endowment Trustees, the Board of Mosaic and committees for Royal Victoria Yacht Club, mentoring in Futurpreneur (Youth Entrepreneurship) and in human resources for BCCPHR, as well as fundraising for the Heart & Stroke Association.
